I do not have enough incredible things to say about my experience working with Sally Wallace and Travel, Inc. throughout planning our destination wedding in the beautiful Bahamas. Without her help, I don’t think I would have pulled off such an incredible trip or wedding. Sally was meticulous, knowledgeable, friendly and extremely quick to respond (even calling me back during her own vacations or days off to answer questions). She delivered on every single question, concern, and promise she made during my time working with her and beyond.
Throughout the timeline of planning a destination wedding there are many details that need to be addressed outside of your typical stateside or local venue. Early on, Sally was a huge help guiding me through not only selecting our destination and resort, but also how to relay travel and booking information to our guests (a total of 79 traveling with us!). Sally answered countless emails from me, sat in on conference planning calls with us, called the resort when I couldn’t get responses, and kept a list of outstanding questions we were waiting to hear back on. Before our departure she even gave us an organized binder of important documents we needed to bring for the wedding, including: guest lists, flight manifests, entrée choices, décor photos I shared, contract/license information - she even printed out every single question/email so I had them in writing when at the resort. She was a life saver.
During my experience working with Sally, she showed us that she wasn’t just interested in getting my guests business – she was our trusted planner. Not only this, but she constantly checked prices online to get every last dollar and discount credited back to our guests who were spending so much time and money to be with us. In a time where it is easy look online for cheap travel deals, you cannot replace the peace of mind or financial protection that come with using a talented Travel Agent to assist you when traveling to unfamiliar destinations.
